Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders shipped from Foundry Goods. As a solo-operated business, I prioritize safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery while ensuring complete transparency.
1. Shipping Partners
I work with reliable carriers, primarily USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The carrier for your order is chosen based on delivery speed, service reliability, and destination to provide the best value.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
Any pre-order or made-to-order items will have their expected ship date clearly listed on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times are estimates from the ship date and do not include order processing time. Carriers may experience delays beyond my control.
4. Shipping Costs
Continental U.S.: Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. A flat rate of $5.95 applies to orders under $50.
Alaska & Hawaii: A flat rate of $10.95 applies.
International: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and vary by destination and package weight.
5. International Orders (Important)
International customers are responsible for:
All customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country.
Ensuring the items ordered comply with your country’s import restrictions (e.g., batteries, electronics).
Providing a valid phone number and email for customs clearance.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Undeliverable Packages
My Mistake: If I send the wrong or a defective item, I will cover the cost of return shipping.
Customer-Initiated Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to me due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided at checkout will incur a re-shipping fee to be sent out again.
7. Shipping Risk & Liability
Ownership and risk of loss for items transfer to you upon delivery by the carrier. I am not liable for:
Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.
Packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “delivered.”
Packages seized, held, or rejected by customs authorities.
8. Order Tracking & Support
All orders include tracking information sent via email once your package ships. Please contact me immediately if:
Your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package.
Your package arrives visibly damaged.
