My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the process and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • The return request is initiated within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped the incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads or software.

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items.

  • Any item damaged due to misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3-7 business days​ for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

  • Products that are damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Any item not in its original condition.

  • Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error in shipping a wrong or defective item).

4. How to Initiate a Return
